Village Venture, LLC is a mission-driven consulting firm that partners with public agencies and nonprofit organizations to design, fund, and sustain programs that strengthen communities. Led by founder Alina Sharafutdinova and supported by a team of project management and data professionals, Village Venture provides expertise in program development, federal grant management, cross-agency coordination, and data-informed strategy.

Alina’s commitment to this work is deeply personal. Growing up in Uzbekistan, she witnessed the impact of addiction and the harm caused by stigma and the lack of coordinated response. After immigrating to the United States and earning her degree from The Ohio State University—where she received the 2018 President’s Prize—she dedicated her career to building stronger systems that respond to community challenges with structure, accountability, and compassion.
